The TRF Furnace, also known as a Tilting Rotary Furnace, is a heavy-duty industrial system designed for efficient melting, refining, and recovery of copper scrap and other compatible non-ferrous metals. Its rotating furnace body promotes uniform heat distribution, while the tilting mechanism enables controlled charging, slag removal, and molten-metal discharge.
The furnace can be configured with suitable refractory lining, combustion equipment, hydraulic controls, fume extraction, and material-handling arrangements. It is suitable for copper refineries, recycling plants, foundries, smelting facilities, and large-scale metal-processing units.
